The 22-year-old YouTuber, famous for her videos on fashion lookbooks and makeup tutorials, was last seen at her home in North London on the 31 July, according to reports.

Police have launched a campaign to find a British YouTube star who has been missing for almost two week.

In a direct appeal to Marina, Missing People wrote: "Marina we are here for you whenever you are ready; we can listen, talk you through what help you need, pass a message for you and help you to be safe".

Marina's boyfriend Brandon Mehmed said on Instagram early on Saturday morning that she was safe.

British Columbia Man Detained in Syria Is Freed in Beirut
The war has since claimed more than 450,000 lives, displaced half the population and left the country in dire devastation. The country has also severed its diplomatic relations with the Syrian government of Bashar al-Assad since 2012.

Fans of Marina, who has 2.1million YouTube subscribers and 290,000 Instagram followers, voiced their concern for the online celebrity since news of her recent disappearance.

Marina had sparked conspiracy theories when, in 2016, she appeared to whisper "help me" in a video titled "DATE OUTFIT IDEAS", where she also seemingly had bruised arms.

"It hurts me to this day to think of all the reckless things I did that showed that I did not care about my life", she explained. My heart with her. Keep praying to her'.

She said "By the way, guys, thank you for #SavingMarina, I actually thought that was really sweet, but I wanna let you guys know that I'm doing OK, I'm feeling fine, I'm feeling really good in myself, and I'm [a] really happy person, so I just wanna let you know that I'm really happy, I'm a really good state in mind". Please, I hope you're safe out there, and that they find you soon'.

The Internet personality was reported missing on August 7 and was last seen on July 29.
