Spyro Reignited Trilogy Switch leak, set for August 16th

Spyro fans had their hopes dashed a year ago, with no sign that the developer had even attempted to port its Reignited Trilogy to the Nintendo Switch. Well, that is, assuming it is coming out; don't take this as official until we hear from Activision.

If this listing is legit, Spyro Reignited Trilogy will hit Nintendo Switch on August 16.

Taking into account that the remastered trilogy of Crash Bandicoot on Switch was one of the titles better received by the European public, it would not be odd that the leaks around Spyro Reignited Trilogy started in that continent. Now, a new big retailer has listed the Switch version of the Spyro Reignited Trilogy and also revealed a release date. The colors pop off the screen, the textures are crisp and the animations are fluid. A port to Nintendo's hybrid-console would be a no-brainer. As there has been no word of a Nintendo Switch release for the Reignited Trilogy from either publisher Activision or the titles developer, Toys For Bob.

A new Nintendo Direct is rumored for February 13, and the announcement of the Spyro Reignited Trilogy for Switch may come this week.
