Paul Casey slips into three-shot lead in California

NFL quarterback-turned-announcer Tony Romo left the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am early on Saturday to attend the funeral of former Dallas Cowboys quarterbacks coach Wade Wilson.

Casey shot 5-under 67 at Spyglass Hill in Round 3 to move to 15-under for the week.

Casey, who won his first PGA Tour title since 2009 at the Valspar Championship in March past year, made gains on the fourth, seventh, ninth, 11th, 14th and 15th and had just one blemish on the sixth.
