Ivanka Trump used personal email for government business

President Trump defended his daughter's use of a personal email account Tuesday, the day after news broke that Ivanka Trump had used a personal account to send hundreds of emails to fellow Trump Administration officials previous year.

When she joined the White House, Trump pledged to comply "with all ethics rules". The Presidential Records Act requires all official White House communications and records be preserved. They weren't deleted like Hillary Clinton", Trump said, adding: "What Ivanka did, it's all in the presidential records.

The White House did not immediately respond to questions about Ms Trump's email use, but a spokesman for her lawyer, Abbe Lowell, did not dispute the report. Clinton was cleared of wrongdoing, but political analysts believe the FBI's lengthy investigation of classified material found on the former diplomat's email server contributed to her upset loss.

According to emails released by the watchdog group, American Oversight, Trump used her personal account to email Cabinet officials, White House aides and assistants. He told host Chris Cuomo that Republicans didn't really care about Clinton's emails in the 2016 campaign. "When she entered the government, she was given a government email account for official use", Mirijanian told CNN. At rally after rally, Trump discussed her server, buoyed by chants of "Lock her up!" from his crowds. There had to be a reason why she was doing it.

The report said that any of the emails violated federal records rules.

"No one is expecting her father and his constitutionally challenged followers to start screaming for Ivanka to be locked up, but it is not too much to hold Ivanka Trump to the same standard of skepticism and the same standard of inquiry that we demanded from the press in over a year in the case of Hillary Clinton?" he said.

Mirijanianan also sought to differentiate Ivanka Trump's use of personal emails with Hillary Clinton's.

On the work front, Alia Bhatt is now busy with Brahmastra and also Kalank , both of which are produced by Dharma Productions. Explaining the "waiting" period, Alia added: "I think climax should be good and there should be a happy ending to it".

Many of those emails were "in violation of federal records rules", according to the newspaper.

The spokesman asserted that none of the first daughter's emails contained classified information. In December 2016, Ivanka and her husband, Jared Kushner, set up a new email account at the domain ijkfamily.com.

The emails were unearthed by the American Oversight group after it filed Freedom of Information Act requests in March 2017, following them up with lawsuits against four government agencies that refused to share the records.

Ms. Trump's allies have stressed that the volume of e-mails she sent from her personal account that related to government work was relatively small. Sad but true. This is such a scandal plagued White House but Trump's voting base seems completely unfazed by anything.

"Like most people, before entering into government service, Ms. Trump used a private email".

"We should not be criminalizing the use of private emails either for Hillary Clinton or Ivanka Trump", he said.
