Meghan Markle gets a fright in Melbourne on royal tour of Australia

On her tour to Australia with husband Prince Harry, she showed us that she is just another woman, deeply in love.

The Duchess of Sussex, who's now away on her Australian royal tour, opened up about how she is dealing with her pregnancy side effects, comparing her experience to being jet lagged. She told the DailyMail about the conversation she had with the royal mum-to-be. She said she was up at 4:30 am this am doing yoga in her room as she couldn't sleep.

As for how the mom-to-be is doing with all this travel, Meghan told reporters she's "running on adrenaline" and feeling "a bit exhausted".

Meghan has always been a huge advocate for yoga, so it's not surprising that she's filling her time with some physical activity.

According to the Evening Standard, the couple spent around ten minutes listening too the experiences of the other people in the group - as well as sharing their own. She says she is feeling ok, not too bad.

"Meghan said [yoga] was her "leveller", it's what keeps her grounded, like surfing does for us". According to Benita Woodley, "She said if you go to someone's house you always bring something, so she did".

They were both presented with leis - a pink garland for Meghan and a blue one for Harry - and both took their shoes off before walking along the beach.
