Trump, Kanye Meet In The Oval Office

President-elect Donald Trump and Kanye West pose for

"I remember", said Nicolle Wallace, a former staffer at the Bush White House.

When reporters started asking him questions, he quickly responded.

Twitter reacted just as one might expect.

"Illegal guns is the problem, not legal guns", West said.

Talking loudly and rapidly on everything from Trump's protectionist trade polices to replacing Air Force One with a hydrogen plane, black gun crime, being married to Kim Kardashian and "infinite amounts of universe", West left the normally loquacious president almost speechless.

Is Kanye the first person to say "motherfucker" in the Oval Office?

"This right here is the iPlane 1", he said. "This is what our president should be flying".

Added West: "If he don't look good, we don't look good". This is our president. "He has to be the freshest, the flyest, the flyest planes".

The rapper also shot down the idea that all black people should support the Democrats.

"I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder".

After West finished speaking, Trump, who is known for his own stream-of consciousness speaking style, said, "I tell you what - that was pretty impressive".

It's official: Kanye West has a bad iPhone passcode. "I just channeled it".

"I was very emotional and I was programmed to think from a victimized mentality".

Barnier said he realised such checks were politically hard but this was the effect of Britons voting to leave the EU. It also warned about the risk of grounding of British aircraft not being able to fly, should no agreement be made.

The rapper also spoke against stop-and-frisk policing policies, which Trump recently expressed support for.

Trump earlier this week called on Chicago to adopt the strategy, in which large numbers of people are temporarily detained, questioned and sometimes searched for drugs and weapons.

Kanye West spent the afternoon bonding with his new best friend, Donald Trump, at the White House. "She was very unfairly treated", Trump said of Johnson.

He continued, "What I need Saturday Night Live to improve on, or what I need the liberals to improve on - if he don't look good, we don't look good".

Here are some of the things West talked about at the Trump press conference.

.

The Grand Hustle rapper revealed that Kanye asked him to accompany him to the meeting at the White House with Trump, Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump, and he turned him down.

Surrounded by flashing cameras, West's remarks came before a planned lunch at the White House where they would discuss the manufacturing resurgence, how to prevent gang violence, and reducing violent crime in Chicago, where West grew up.

West spent Wednesday at the SoHo House in Chicago with about 40 community leaders and advisers in preparation for Thursday's White House meeting, according to two sources who attended the discussions.

"I love Hillary, I love everyone, right. He is my brother", West wrote.

West himself has suggested he might be open to wading into politics, including a run for president in 2020.

Over a lunch of caprese salad and roast chicken, Gidley said discussion would be centered on "President Trump's historic work to benefit all Americans".

To which West replied, "Only after 2024". Today is the big day and Kanye brought football legend Jim Brown with him for a riveting chat.
