Samantha Markle claims she wasn't turned away from Kensington Palace

The 37-year-old royal - who was known as Meghan Markle before becoming a member of the royal family when she tied the knot with Prince Harry in May this year - is said to be embracing her newly appointed Duchess title, and wants to use her status to help others wherever she can. Samantha, along with Meghan's father Thomas Markle, did not attend Meghan's nuptials in May. Well, he named Meghan as his favorite royal because she's the only one he knows, and was in London - though not at the Royal Wedding - when Meghan and Harry got hitched. The Duchess of Sussex's refusal to respond to the publicity only seemed to further the rift between herself and her half-sister, whom Meghan hasn't spoken to in years.

As photos of Samantha arriving at the gates of Kensington Palace and handing a letter to a guard emerged over the weekend, she has claimed that she was not turned away from the palace.

"I wasn't trying to crash anything, I'm very polite and respectful".

Samantha explained: "I was very respectful and I went there to deliver a letter". Nobody was turned away, nobody was disrespectful and it was a wonderful experience. "It was a nice experience and nobody was mean to me at all, I was quite surprised". "I believe you have it in your heart to do the right thing here", Samantha said. "Honestly, with the controversy that's happened with my family, all I wanted to do was just show my support". "JJ Chalmers and I are flying off to Sydney next week to get to know Team GB and to bring you all the coverage", Alex wrote. "I'm not comparing you to the Grinch but I will say I know you have it in you to make this right".

He is reportedly estranged from his father and said the last time he saw the woman he calls "Auntie Meghan" was "probably about three years ago".

"The world does not know that our dad raised her most of the time without the input of her mother especially from age 12 through high school and he gave her everything she had and is", Samantha Markle said in the tweets. "It's not a game but she needs to do the right thing now and she knows how much my dad loves her and has given her".

"Meghan loves her new role", the source continued. "She knows the truth and only Meg can make this better", adds Markle.
