Here's when Celebrity Big Brother is going to be returning for 2018

Celebrity Big Brother 2018

According to The Sun, series bosses have pushed Celebrity Big Brother's start date back this year in order to avoid clashing with Love Island.

Emma Willis will host the series again, with Rylan Clark-Neal returning to front spin-off show Bit On The Side. "Summer is about to have a storm like never before".

The news also confirmed Celebrity Big Brother will kick off the summer run with the civilian series to follow straight after.

Last year, the series started on August 1, one week after the end of Love Island 2017. So before summer 2018 installment of Celebrity Big Brother, we will be sharing everything we know about the show, so far.

The show's host Emma Willis took to Twitter to share a picture of the eye and express her excitement for the new series.

There has been no confirmation on the release date of Big Brother 2018; however, we have a rough guess, and it might just be true.

Earlier this year, RuPaul's Drag Race star Courtney Act, aka Shane Jenek, won the hearts of the nation - and the show.

The Australian beat Ann Widdecombe in the final after 37 days in the house, the longest CBB ever.

"We delayed everything until Love Island is out of the way", a source told the Daily Star newspaper previously.

For his part, Rylan hinted that we should all find a space space to bunker down in while watching the drama from afar: "CELEBRITY BIG BROTHER IS BACK!"
