PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds has launched its 'FIX PUBG' campaign to quell bugs

The campaign, simply called "Fix PUBG", is meant to address long-standing complaints about the game's performance and player cheating, according to the developer PUBG Corporation.

That's likely due to the poor reception it had received since its announcement last week, with the biggest PUBG game streams and professional players voicing concerns over how map markers would make it easier to spot enemies. According to the company, "This is a phrase that we've been hearing a lot lately".

It continues: "Throughout this campaign we'll share specifics about what we're working on and the expected time it'll take to address the issues". This map includes several vehicles which players can utilise including the six seater camper van, which the promo van touring the United Kingdom is based on. The site goes on to explain that over the next three months, PUBG Corp. will dive headlong into issues that have plagued the game, updating its roadmap as goals are met.

The latest hotfix is said to improve sprinting on Xbox One, as well as loading.

USA senator presents letter from Trump for Putin
The White House later clarified that it was written as a means of introduction for the senator, who wanted to meet with Mr. Paul has been in Russian Federation this week on a trip he sees as a continuation of Trump's diplomatic outreach to Putin.

Calling it "FIX PUBG", the website is the start of an initiative that will see Bluehole Studio attempting to tackle all of PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds' known issues by being more transparent about its operations behind the scenes.

Play any online game and you're bound to find - or at least hear of - people cheating.

KitGuru Says: Although I certainly think that PUBG Corp could have been quicker to the mark rather than taking a whole year to get to this stage, it's always hard for a developer to be open about its problems without further backlash. There are, of course, tons of bug fixes both planned and already implemented.

This is "a months-long campaign to deliver the changes and improvements that you've been asking for", complete with a roadmap that the developer will be wading through as it promises to deliver.
