A woman has been hospitalized in an incident involving a chase suspect believed to be inside a Trader Joe's in the Los Angeles-area Saturday, authorities said.

It is understood some customers and staff ran out of Trader Joe's at Silver Lake. Police were still trying to determine whether there are any hostages inside the store. She was removed from a vehicle, not the inside of the store, Stewart said.
