Airport employee arrested after Adam Pacman Jones altercation

Adam Jones was attacked in an airport Tuesday night

When Jones began to defend himself, Ragin quickly fell to the ground.

In video of the incident obtained by TMZ, Ragin seems to make contact first.

Per TMZ, the employee-Frank Ragin-apparently made a gesture at Jones while the National Football League star was walking through the airport with a female companion, which sparked the altercation.

Police determined that Ragin was the primary aggressor, and he was arrested on two counts of battery. He also allegedly struck Jones' companion, who has not been identified, injuring her hand. Jones landed a punch on Ragin that knocked the worker out.

Current free agent and infamous former Cincinnati Bengal Adam "Pacman" Jones is back in the headlines.

Pacman and his friend are said to have declined medical treatment. Jones is accompanied by a woman in a yellow jacket.

Ragin, who was charged with two counts of battery, was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital to be treated for his injuries.

When he was drafted into NFL, Jones was on probation for a fight in West Virginia. He also pleaded guilty to obstructing a police officer a year ago, served a few days in jail and was suspended by the league for a game.

Then, as things tend to do when Jones is involved, the proceedings got physical. He missed the entire 2007 season for numerous violations of the NFL's personal conduct policy, including his involvement in a strip-club fight that left a man paralyzed.
