Johnny Depp Sued for Assault on Movie Set

In the lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Gregg "Rocky" Brooks said he was the location manager for a film called "City of Lies", a movie about the murder of Biggie Smalls.

Depp then yelled "I will give you one hundred thousand dollars to punch me in the face right now!" at Brooks when he showed little reaction, according to the lawsuit, before the actor's bodyguards pulled him away. Depp allegedly punched Brooks twice in the left rib cage while he was screaming at him. Brooks said 11 P.M. was the latest he could get the shooting time inside the hotel extended and when he notified director Brad Furman that production would have to stop for the evening, the director replied, "Why don't you tell that to Johnny Depp?".

Depp is also now facing a lawsuit from two former bodyguards, Eugene Arreola and Miguel Sanchez, who allege that, in their assignment protecting Depp between 2016 and 2018, they "found themselves in situations that required more than what a bodyguard would be expected to do". A film crew member is alleging in a lawsuit that Depp twice punched him on the Los Angeles set of a movie about the killing of the Notorious B.I.G. "You have no right to tell me what to do".

Rocky says during the altercation Depp's breath reeked of alcohol.

"PLAINTIFF still did not react and DEPP continued to scream and berate him in front of a set full of people until DEPP's own bodyguards physically removed DEPP from the scene".

Erdogan sworn in as Turkey's president with vast new powers
Together with the officers and guests of the ceremony, some 10,000 people are expected to take part. Erdogan has been the president of Turkey since 2014.

The suit seeks unspecified damages.

Brooks also claims in the documents - filed by his attorney Arbella Azizian, of counsel at the law firm Baker, Olson, LeCroy & Danielian - that he returned to work three days later only to be asked by producer Miriam Segal to sign a document saying he would not sue production.

"City of Lies" is due for release in September.

The Pirates Of The Caribbean star is already facing suits filed in May in California Superior Court from two former body guards for unpaid wages and overtime.
