In Canada, 33 people died from the heat wave

Death Toll Rising In Canada Heat Wave

Environment Canada forecast a maximum of 35 degrees Celsius (95 degrees Fahrenheit) on Thursday with a heat index (what the temperature feels like to the human body) of up to 45 Celsius.

Numerous victims were men over the age of 50 living alone in private apartments and seniors' residences, according to David Kaiser of Montreal's public health department.

A young boy plays at a water fountain in 2010, when a high heat and humidity warning like the one in place now was in effect for several regions in Canada.

While hot weather is expected to remain in Quebec next week, Serge Mainville of Environment Canada says it will be a dry heat.

"For the moment, they (deaths) conform exactly to the characteristics we've described - people with chronic illness, mental health problems, people living alone, people living in apartment blocks between four-to-six stories and without air conditioning".

The OnePlus 5 and OnePlus 5T will support Project Treble after all
As a technical consideration, it's also interesting that OnePlus was able to do it without repartitioning storage for the device. This doesn't guarantee that the OnePlus 5 and OnePlus 5T will get ultra-fast updates in the future, but it's a very good sign.

Due to a difference in reporting systems, Canadian officials do not know if other provinces suffered deaths in relation to the heat wave.

Dr. Mylene Drouin, the regional director of Montreal's public health department, said ambulance services reported receiving more than 1,200 calls overall in Montreal on Wednesday.

As previously reported "FACTS", in the province of Quebec because of the heat died 16 people.

The neighbouring province of Ontario was also under heat warnings over the last few days and may too have seen a rise in heat-related fatalities.
