Heather Locklear Arrested for Battery on a Police Officer and Emergency Personnel

Heather Locklear arrested for punching police officer and kicking EMT

And this is the second time Locklear has been arrested for alleged assault of an officer this year.

The website reported that Locklear was taken to a hospital before being booked in jail. Last week's incident was not investigated as a crime, however, and dispatch audio showed law enforcement calling Locklear a "suicidal subject".

Heather Locklear was arrested on Sunday, June 24, for two counts of misdemeanor battery on a police officer and emergency personnel, according to online records from the Ventura County Sheriff's Office. She's being held on $20,000 bail.

Then, when the EMTs arrived, she apparently kicked one of them while they were helping to get her onto a gurney.

Sanders asked to leave restaurant because she works for Trump
A Red Hen eatery in Washington took to social media to let people know they aren't affiliated with the Lexington restaurant. Some of the restaurant workers identify as gay while others prefer to remain nonpolitical in the work space.

Locklear checked into a rehabilitation facility in the wake of that arrest, during which she was allegedly intoxicated.

The original 911 call was for a disturbance. Heather, who we're told was extremely agitated, punched a responding deputy who was trying to separate Heather from members of her family.

Law enforcement sources claim an unnamed family member phoned police out of concern for Heather's safety, and both the Ventura County Fire and Sheriff's Departments responded at the star's home.
