TURN: Nabil Fekir offered to Spurs after Liverpool deal collapses

GETTYLiverpool transfer news Manuel Lanzini has been linked with a move to Anfield

The 24-year-old is now on global duty with France at the World Cup, coming off the bench in a 2-1 win over Australia on Saturday.

In a press conference in Russian Federation today, speaking ahead of France's next match against Peru on Thursday, Fekir was asked about his situation with Liverpool.

Despite Premier League rivals Liverpool coming agonisingly close to securing a deal for French World Cup star Nabil Fekir, Reports now suggest that the Lyon captain has been offered to Spurs.

The Frenchman was expected to complete a £53m move to Anfield but the Reds were concerned about Fekir's knee during his medical in Paris.

However, the proposed deal sensationally collapsed at the final hour after Liverpool's medical team expressed concern over Fekir's knee - which has been operated on twice in the last three years - and there were suggestions Lyon cancelled talks after the Reds tried to renegotiate the terms of the deal.

Rising rapper Jimmy Wopo shot dead in drive-by shooting in Pittsburgh
The up-and-coming hip-hop musician, whose real name was Travon Smart, previously revealed that he had been shot twice in the past. Wopo had multiple videos that surpassed 1-million views on YouTube, including Elm Street and First Day Out .

But Jean-Pierre Bernes insists his client, who is now away on global duty in Russian Federation with France, has yet to resolve his future.

"You know I am here with France, I am happy, and I am not here to discuss my personal situation". This is not the end of the story, ' said Jean-Pierre Bernes.

Today, at a press conference, the midfielder was asked by a journalist what his future held and he predictably replied: "My knee is super-good. We will see about all that later".

Liverpool fans will be excited and optimistic following the latest comments from Fekir's agent. But I honestly feel like before my injury.
