Apple May Have Cancelled Plans For A Smaller iPhone

The new iPhone X, iPhone X Plus and affordable LCD iPhone X from Apple have appeared online in dummy form featured in a video. Instead the company is, according to a report in Forbes based on Olixar information, will launch three variants of the iPhone X. These will be the iPhone X, which will use a 5.8-inch screen similar to the one that is in the existing iPhone X. Then there will be the iPhone X with 6.1-inch screen.

Apple is expected to launch three variants of the iPhone this year - a budget 6.1-inch device with a LCD display and no 3D Touch, the iPhone X successor with an OLED display, and the most premium will be the iPhone X Plus variant with a 6.5-inch OLED display. There's a mention of Apple's orders changing depending on the market conditions and customer demand. However, if the iPhone XI Plus really does manage to sell significantly more than the other 2018 iPhones, it should once again put paid to the theory that Apple is pricing people out of the market with its top-of-the-line iPhones.

The report also cites that the LCD iPhone's production has been delayed since the panel suppliers are facing issues with its yield.

However, Plunkett and spinner Adil Rashid (3-70) excelled in the final over to dismiss Marsh and run through the Australia tail. And Maxwell was particularly heartened by their bowling display at The Oval ahead of Saturday's second ODI in Cardiff.

As to the other two models, we can see the edge to edge display that was first debuted on 2017's iPhone X.

It is possible that over time the mix shifts more toward the 6-inch LCD iPhones; launch quarters tend to skew towards the high-end models. The 6.4-inch OLED iPhone mockup is allegedly 157.53 mm in height, 77.44 mm in width, and 7.85 mm in thickness. There's a single camera setup at the back, and the SIM tray is also located at the bottom of the side edge.

As such these should be how the final design for the new iPhone X models for 2018 will look. The report is in line with previous reports in that there will be a 5.8-inch model and a massive 6.5-inch model.
