Jada Pinkett Smith's gran encouraged self-pleasure when she was 9

Jada Pinkett Smith

In the latest episode of her Facebook Watch show Red Table Talk, Will Smith's wife admitted that she actually treated her now 19-year-old son the same as her now 17-year-old daughter Willow when they were growing up.

Jada Pinkett Smith never shies away from sharing the personal ins and outs of everything-from her career and parenting to sex.

"My grandmother taught me about self-pleasuring because she wanted me to know that that pleasure was from me", Pinkett Smith said. "You know how many men I know that have been raped, as young boys, that I was as protective of Jaden as I was of you?", she explained. And she taught me at nine!'

However, the chat took a more raunchy turn when she spoke with Willow's friend Telana Lynum about how she began giving herself "multiple orgasms" by her age. I think by your age I gave myself multiples first, multiple orgasms.

'One thing I have learned in life over the years is that mental health's something that we should practice every day, not just when issues arise.

'At 15 years old it was very rough, and I brought a lot of pain out of my childhood into my adulthood that I am just now dissolving. And then one day, I was just like, 'Enough. "My introduction to sex was obviously walking in on you and daddy", she said, something which shocked Jada. You know what I'm saying?

She advised followers to take care of their mind and spirit in the same way they care for their bodies.

Jada confessed that she has spent years recovering from her suicidal thoughts as well.

Willow simply likens the experience to walking in on something she shouldn't have. "I was like, 'You don't have to be embarrassed.' It was like, their innocence was gone".

The star opened up about the subject during the sex-themed episode of her show, which she hosts alongside Willow and her mom Adrienne Banfield-Jones, 64. Willow's response: "No, she is considered a lovely person". 'Your kids aren't always going to date people that you love, but I've learned that you really have to just be there and support because that can create a conflict that you can't get around'.

Not stopping with the goods now, the actress, 46, today divulged some rather intimate details as to when she started pleasuring herself and how much she was doing it.
