'Anthony Martial wants to leave Manchester United'

Anthony Martial's agent has got some very bad news for Manchester United fans

One interview was all it took for Anthony Martial's agent to spark a massive reaction among Manchester United fans.

The decision comes after failing to agree terms for a contract extension following months of negotiations and a frustrating end to the 2017-18 season.

Arsenal were interested in a move for Martial when Alexis Sanchez left the club in January, but there is no indication that the Gunners will renew their chase.

Martial's agent Philippe Lamboley confirmed to French outlet RMC that his client had chose to leave United after a hard couple of seasons working with manager Jose Mourinho, as he has become a regular bench warmer and struggled to make his mark when chances came his way.

"After thinking about all the possibilities and parameters, Anthony wants to leave Manchester United", Martial's agent told RMC Sport.

"Anthony has the choice", he said. That's why this decision has come - it's a well-thought-out decision.

Paul Animal Control can do because a rescue mission would be too unsafe for both the raccoon and the workers. Above it, rather than the slightly-curved spaces it had previously climbed, rose an expanse of flat stone.

"It is a deliberate decision".

There are suggestions that United are reluctant to sell Martial to a domestic rival, but the prospect of landing Alderweireld and not having to part with any cash could tempt Old Trafford chiefs to alter that stance.

But Martial's agent remains tight-lipped about his future. "Today, Anthony is disappointed because he has shown for three seasons the love he has for the club and its supporters". Anthony simply wants to play, enjoy football again. "On top of that, I can tell you that without the fans' unconditional support Anthony would have already asked for a transfer", he added. It is important to remember that this season he scored 11 goals and gave ten assists in five months. He was elected three times player of the month by the fans.

Sky Sports have also reiterated reports that Tottenham are poised for a transfer after this week's comments. Everyone will have their opinion, I think we need to resume his career. The time has come.

The France striker's agent revealed that the player has chose to quit the club, while at the same time emphasising that the player was still under contract so agreement will need to be reached with United.
