Microsoft Releases New Security And Privacy Updates For Windows 10

Microsoft has released three new updates for Windows 10.

It is also worth noting that not all systems are getting the update right now, and there are no known issues or bugs hitting these two updates at the time of writing this story.

KB4134660 on Microsoft Update Catalog website.

This feature works similar to Apple's AirDrop as in its lets users to quickly share content between Windows 10 devices.

As to the timeframe for a solution for these Toshiba SSDs, Microsoft believes that a fix will be ready in early June; so hopefully within a month. The first one is security-related update while the other two releases are privacy-related. This is why Microsoft's update package KB4100347 addresses this issue by implementing CPU microcode updates for Intel processors.

Solo A Star Wars Story premieres at Cannes 2018
But he is ultimately sent down the path that will take him back to Qi'ra and into the lives of new friends along the way. The movie has also been rumored to have major problems, with industry insiders even stating it's not any good.

In both cases, Microsoft is recommending that users go back to their previous version of Windows (the Fall Creators Update), or reinstall the entire OS if they can't access the Windows setting panel from where they can downgrade.

Windows 10's latest major update hasn't just run into trouble with Intel SSDs, as we witnessed at the end of last week, but also now some Toshiba solid-state drives, with PCs that use these models being blocked from upgrading to the April 2018 Update. The updates contain only Intel-specific code, which Microsoft has agreed to distribute to ensure more users are protected.

April 30 is also the day Windows 10 April 2018 Update arrives on MSDN/Visual Studio downloads, as Microsoft officials said last week.

Microsoft is now working on a resolution that will allow the April 2018 Update on these devices in the near future.
