Teen Fails In Attempt To Steal Blake Bortles' Truck

Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Blake Bortles was picked without being on the field.

Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Blake Bortles nearly got his truck stolen by a teenager Wednesday night. According to News4Jax.com, Bortles left his truck unlocked at a house party, which allowed Horton to get in there and snoop around.

Police said Joseph Horton tried to steal Bortles' truck, but it was blocked in by other cars, so he abandoned trying to steal it, and invited himself into the house park at Jaguars center Brandon Linder's luxury home on Jacksonville Beach.

Horton foolishly made a decision to go back inside the house, which gave the Jags players the opportunity to stop him until the police arrived.

Anyway, the report adds Horton was arrested for the trifecta of trespassing, burglary, and grand theft.
