It's a boy! MI family welcomes 14th son

"The last couple, numbers 12 and 13, we kinda held out a little hope", he told WoodTV.

Jay and Kateri Schwandt, from the MI in the United States, welcomed their newest son on Wednesday (local time), five days before his due date, The Grand Rapids Press reports. "What if it's a girl?"

When baby number 14 arrived Wednesday evening, they learned that for the 14th consecutive time, "It's a boy". The Schwandts have gotten used to media requests and calls from the networks.

Finley Sheboygan is the 14th child and boy for the Schwandt family.

The Schwandts have been in the limelight for years as their family has grown.

The Schwandt family, of Rockford, says they were skeptical baby number 14 would be a girl. They got home and decided right away it was time to go back.

Fourteen children is nothing new for Kateri Schwandt - she's one of 14 children herself - but not 14 boys, obviously.

It's set to be released in June.
