The company now has a consensus rating of "Buy" and an average target price of $283.04. Zacks Investment Research upgraded Netflix from a "hold" rating to a "buy" rating and set a $127.00 price objective on the stock in a research note on Wednesday, November 16th. Net income rose to US$290.1 million, or 64 United States cents per share, in the quarter ended March 31 from US$178.2 million, or 40 U.S. cents per share, a year earlier.

Whether or not Netflix exceeds or falls short of its target of 123.9 million total subscribers by the end of March will likely influence the stock's direction, but naturally the guidance it initiates for the second quarter will be a big factor in determining the way that the S&P 500's hottest stock over the past five years moves on Tuesday. The company briefly touched on its new agreement with Comcast, and while it didn't reveal the new bundle prices, it did say that "We believe that the lower churn in these bundles offsets the lower Netflix ASP".
