Russian Federation sensationally claims Skripals are 'being held prisoner' by the UK

Salisbury incident

Mr Lavrov said the report only confirmed the composition of the substance and that Britain's claim that it confirmed the United Kingdom position on the Skripal case was overstated.

Yulia Skripal, poisoned daughter of Russian ex-spy Sergei, has rejected assistance from the Russian embassy "at the moment".

Regarding the Skripals themselves, Sedwill claims that email accounts belonging to Yulia Skripal were targeted by Russian intelligence agents in 2013, "indicating Russian intelligence service interest in the Skripals".

The embassy also cast doubt over the assertion that Yulia had "access to friends and family", saying that there was no confirmation of any contacts with relatives in Russian Federation.

Russian Federation had tested whether door handles could be used to deliver nerve agents and had targeted the email accounts of Sergei and Yulia Skripal since at least 2013, according to previously classified intelligence over the Salisbury attack that has been made public.

Following Yulia Skripal's statement, the embassy said: "We continue to insist on a meeting with Yulia and Sergei Skripal".

Ms Skripal, 33, was released from the hospital this week but her father remains there.

It is known, that Skripals were poisoned in Salisbury this way.

But in her most recent statement, Ms Skripal clarified that Viktoria's "opinions and assertions are not mine and they are not my father's".

Now Guardiola can not say for certain when City's all-time leading scorer will be available again. "That has happened. As soon as we win the first one, the second one will be easier. 'You judge results, ' he added.

Yulia said her father is "still seriously ill" and that she is also "still suffering with the effects of the nerve agent used against us".

Russian Federation has repeatedly insisted on being granted access to Ms. Skripal and her father, Sergei V. Skripal, 66, after the British government said they were poisoned with the rare, military-grade agent novichok, developed in the Soviet Union, leaving them both in critical condition. Prime Minister Theresa May accused Moscow of involvement in poisoning.

"It's very hard to make a highly toxic chemical to this high level of purity without a lot of effort", he said.

"It is unlikely that Novichok could be made and deployed by non-state actors", he adds.

"The text has been composed in a special way so as to support official statements made by British authorities and at the same time to exclude every possibility of Yulia's contacts with the outer world - consuls, journalists and even relatives", it said in a statement.

Yakovenko said he had not seen the letter.

It is hoped he will soon be fit for release from hospital, despite grave fears that the exposure to military-grade nerve agent Novichok on March 4 would prove fatal.

The accusation came from Alexander Yakovenko, as he was updating the media on the developments in the Salisbury poisoning case.

He also said Russia had a clear motive for attacking Skripal, a former Russian military intelligence officer who had been imprisoned in Russia for spying for Britain only to be set free in a spy swap in 2010.
