Kim Kardashian West has been doing intense workouts with her personal trainer to ensure there are never unflattering photos of her posted online.

The 37-year-old has always been a fan of two shades in particular - Essie's Sandy Beach and Samoan Sand by OPI. From surfing photos to laying out in the sun photos, the brunette beauties and their toned bodies seem to love the spotlight and we love seeing the fantastic pics!

But after the initial shock the star - who has been sharing snaps of her body transformation on Instagram - said the images only made her want to become a better version of herself. Megan Fox, Halle Berry, Melissa McCarthy, and Kim Kardashian are among the other celebrities who have turned to ketogenic diets for weight loss.

Of course, Kim can't really do anything about the fact that she's across the globe from her sister.

Instead of flying back to the States, Kim and Kourtney have been doing some sneaky damage control by cosying up for National Sibling Day in their cossies.

According to ET, Khloe's sisters "are being super supportive of her" and are also determined to not let 'any news change the importance of how lovely this birth is for Khloe'.
