More details are emerging from Heather Locklear's arrest for domestic violence.

In January 2012, Locklear's sister called 911 to report that she was in danger after taking prescription drugs and alcohol. At the time, authorities chose to not file any criminal charges after determining that drugs and alcohol were "absolutely" not a factor in the accident.

Last year Heather entered Cliffside Malibu Rehab Center for the fifth time to seek help for a "breakdown" Radar Online reported, adding she was in a 'bad place'. The representative said she posted a $20,000 safeguard and was discharged.

In addition to her extensive career in TV, Locklear has also appeared in a number of movies over the years. "She claimed she had an injury, so she was taken to a local hospital for an injury, and was taken to the police station and booked after the hospital". The DUI charge was dismissed as part of a plea deal. The brother called 911. In July 2008, she successfully completed four weeks of treatment for anxiety and depression.
