Heather Locklear Arrested on Suspicion of Domestic Violence, Assault on an Officer

Sources told the website Heisser was arrested at 12:43 AM Monday morning by highway patrol after he was spotted "driving at a slow rate of speed". Heisser was cited and released a short time later.

When Locklear was arrested, she allegedly became physically aggressive, kicking and eventually hitting three police officers. She was subsequently taken to a hospital and released the next day.

More details are emerging from Heather Locklear's arrest for domestic violence.
