The proposal presented by the bipartisan Gang of Six was a path to citizenship for undocumented immigrants who came to the United States as children - beyond just those who were enrolled in DACA when it ended, according to lawmakers and sources familiar with the meeting.

Ready to brief Trump on their negotiations, Durbin and Graham traveled to the White House Thursday thinking they would be meeting privately with the President, a source familiar told CNN.
