Cathleen is waiting for Alicia to come pick her

She was left with a friend in Prague, Oklahoma while an animal shelter tried to find her a new owner.

Her family loved her very much.

Cathleen, a six-year-old Great Pyrenees mix, was given up to someone in Prague, Oklahoma after her family chose to move to a new home in Seminole, Oklahoma, just 20 miles away.

A dog in Oklahoma so badly missed the family that gave her up, she twice made the 20-mile trek on foot to find them.

But a few months ago they moved into a home in the town of Seminole, Okla. where they couldn't keep her anymore. Friendly. She wants to be everyone's friend.

One Facebook user wrote: "Bless her heart... that's just so sad...20 miles twice is a long long road to travel for this sweet girl", one Facebook user wrote.

The family who gave Cathleen up has not come forward or revealed why they couldn't take her to the their new home.
