Gal Gadot dress stirs controversy; 'Walt's Frozen Head'; new music; more

Late Tuesday, Saab's official Instagram account published and then deleted a photo praising Israeli actress Gal Gadot wearing a blue, one-shouldered sashed gown created by the Lebanese designer.

"I love and respect Elie Saab, but is he really happy an Israeli actress wore a dress he designed?" on Twitter. Saab has since removed the image, which you can see above.

Saab posted the picture on the designer's Instagram account, which was later taken down, the News said. "At the Critics' Choice Awards on Thursday evening, "Wonder Woman" director Patty Jenkins presented Gal Gadot with the #SEEHER Award, which honors a woman who "[pushes] boundaries on changing stereotypes and [recognizes] the importance of accurately portraying women across the entertainment landscape".

The deleting of Saab's picture has drawn a mixed reaction on social media. Gadot closed by dedicating her win to those behind the #MeToo and Time's Up movements.
