Vehicle bomber hits North Atlantic Treaty Organisation convoy in Afghanistan, civilians wounded

The convoy was hit by the auto bomb in Kabul's police district five, Basir Mujahid, a Kabul police spokesman said.

At least four civilians were injured in a recent suicide bomber attack that targeted a convoy of North Atlantic Treaty Organisation security forces.

Worldwide forces were all safe, however, the attack let a number of civilians wounded, according to security officials. On September 13, a suicide bomber killed three people including a policeman and wounded five others after blowing himself up near a cricket stadium in Kabul.

Some civilians may have been killed but Afghan officials reported no fatalities, a Danish military spokesman stated.

North Atlantic Treaty Organisation has confirmed the attack and said that there were no victims among its staff.
